Visual style show case - a nookian app

Description: This app provides a window with all GUI controls for the purpose of showing visual style elements. It can be used by VS artists in making VS and quick previews or by users to check out all elements of a VS.

(Of course, although it's named VS showcase, it can also be used with windows blind, vista, windows 7, lite step, etc...)

VSshowcase.exe:

This program shows a dialog with all GUI controls (tab, checkbox, radio, slider, etc...) (see the preview)

• Running without parameter:
  Show the default VS dialog.
  


• Running with parameter:
  VSshowcase.exe %xpos% %ypos% hover %wintitle%
  
  where %xpos% and %ypos% are the top left corner in pixels. They can also be the string auto in which case the dialog is automatically positioned at the bottom right of the screen. %wintitle% is the title of the windows. If you use parameters, you must provide all four parameters. In this mode, an extra hover button is also shown as in the bottom image of the preview above.
  

ScreenCapture.exe:

This program captures the multiple screenshot and merge them into a single screenshot. The screenshot can be used as it is, or elements of the screenshot can be used in making previews.

• Running without parameter:
  
  Capture the screenshot with both VSShowcase as well as the start menu.
  


• Running with parameter:
  
  syntax: ScreenCapture.exe showhover
  
  Capture multiple screenshot with hover buttons and then superimpose all of them into a single screenshot (see the example in the lower screenshot in preview3.png; that screnshot is obtained by superimposing 11 screenshots !)
  
  See also screencapture.ini for other settings.
  

note: VSShowcase.exe works in vista/seven but screencapture.exe may not work in Vista. You may have to manually capture screenshot of VS showcase in Vista
