leopard brushed for shutoff

Osx/Leopard style with brushed/metallic dialog for shutoff.

Require shutoff 1.12 or later [link]

Installation:

1. unzip the zip file into the directory Leopard_brush inside the skins directory, where you put shutoff app

2. open shutoff.ini (in the same folder as shutoff.exe) and change Skin=default to Skin=Leopard_brush
